In 2016, Charles retired from the U.S. Army at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after 24 years plus of service. He helped a countless number of people move up in rank during his military career.

Today he is a multi-business owner and a successful entrepreneur that is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs find their own business success. 

He uses the leaderships skills he acquired in the military to coach, train and mentor these rising entrepreneurs into achieving their dreams!
